Service charges, booking fees, or convenience fees are non-refundable.
2. Flight Bookings
Refunds for flight tickets depend on the airline’s cancellation policy.
In most cases, airlines deduct cancellation fees, and the balance (if any) is refunded.
No-shows or missed flights are not eligible for refunds.
3. Hotel Bookings
Hotel refund rules vary based on the property’s cancellation policy.
Last-minute cancellations or early check-outs may not qualify for refunds.
Some hotels may only offer date changes instead of cash refunds.
4. Holiday Packages & Tours
Packages may include multiple services (flights, hotels, transfers, activities). Refunds are subject to each supplier’s terms.
Partial refunds may not be possible once the package has commenced.
In case of unavoidable cancellations by us (e.g., force majeure), we will refund the eligible amount after deducting service charges.
